Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lifetime Warranty
All jewelry is covered by a manufacturer's limited warranty, which includes defective or damaged jewelry. This does NOT include loss of any component of the jewelry. If you would like to make a warranty claim, please reach out to us at info@perfectimage.ca with photos of the jewelry as well as proof of purchase.
